A quick trip -- a very quick trip -- to the Bay Area. I spoke at the Innovate/Activate event at UC, Berkeley. Kin joined me, having been in LA. We drank some beers. We had breakfast in the city. I flew back to Eugene. Kin flew back the following day.
A few noteworthy items here: the Jupiter in Berkeley really isn't that great. Yet somehow I always seem to drink a ton of beer there. Go figure.
Also, we stayed at the Downtown Berkeley Inn in, um, downtown Berkeley. It was quite a nice hotel -- worth remembering as Kin and I both enjoy staying in Berkeley rather than staying in San Francisco.
And breakfast in the city -- ahhh, breakfast. We ate at Dottie's True Blue Cafe, which remains my favorite breakfast spot ever.
